Love the knife but not the customer care.i would not use again .I received a e.mail saying we will post today 2 days later I get an email from royal mail saying we are waiting on your parcel.

I recently bought an Evernew 0.9l titanium pot from them, the pot wasn`t quite like I`d expected, but when I phoned them, they were more than happy for me to return it & to credit my account until I`d decided what I`d buy from them instead. They wouldh`ve have been equally happy to just give me a refund if that had been what I`d asked for.
