Customer service is a highlight of shopping at Tamarack. All the staff I've spoken too (and I've spoken with most of the team!) are friendly, helpful and offer good advice without any hard sell. It's a pleasure to buy from a small indepent.

Best prices I could find in the Uk, dispatched immediately, well packed. No issues and therefore cannot comment on how problems are handled but two orders so far have been perfect.

I ordered several Sea to Summit Delta items last week. The website was excellent, price was very competitive and the order process from payment to delivery was swift and painless.

Good compact saw, light weight but sturdy.

The multi use blade does not cut dry wood very well and cuts in a curve, I think it is the blade and not the blade tension.

I have ordered a Bahco blade to see if that makes a difference.

Sent with Royal Mail 48hrs but took over a week as they must have lost it!
