I had an issue with my item and contacted Tamarack regarding this.
I returned the item and the replacement was with me within a week
of the issue. They sorted out the problem and i have nothing but
respect for companies like this that provide customer service as
good as this.. Thank you.

As usual my delivery was prompt regardless of postal strike action and I was updated about it. I was able to buy just what I wanted.

The Tamarack team continue to offer outstanding service.. from knowledge of the products they sell to going above an beyond to process and dispatch orders, I can't praise them enough. They even sent my order on express delivery to work around the delivery strikes, and get my delivery to me before Christmas. How many other companies would do that, given it's perfectly valid to state it's 'out of our control'.

Perfect Christmas gift for my dad, I had originally ordered it from another shop in November but it never arrived and had to get a refund there was alot of hassle with it, i then ordered this on the 15th of December from Tamarack outdoors and still managed to receive it before Christmas even with all the delivery strikes/delays which was great which was a life saver. Thoroughly impressed by the service from Tamarack Outdoors. I ordered this Snugpak Tactical 3 sleeping back shortly before Christmas with no expectation of it arriving in time, given the Royal Mail strikes. Order turnaround was very quick though and it arrived 3 days later, all at a very competitive price (item was on sale). Genuinely couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Shiipping was a bilt slow through the post strikes so i gave it a 4. the kettle is well built of stainless steel and sturdy. the flexible handle bends up to 90 degrees and doesnt get too hot which useful for low fireplaces. customer services kept me informed of delivery.

I’ve now shopped with Tamarack a few times and each experience has been perfect. I highly recommend this company for its prices, products, its ease of ordering and quick delivery. The customer service if first class too.

Smaller pack size/lighter than my multicam 3X3.Bit more delicate tho + lost 20cm DD Hammocks !.I'l be more careful with it in the woods.Very happy all in all.Tammarack as usual been great.Hope DD make a 4.5X4.5 like many people I'm sure would want or simply put some side pull outs on the 4.5X3 would be something!!!.Would be 5star if not minus 20cm (every bit counts).
