Ordered kitten food in JELLY but got kitten food in GRAVY. I specifically chose this option as my cats will only eat food in jelly. Please pay attention to what you are shipping. Wasted money...

Great quality muzzle, but have mixed feelings because my American xl bully is very friendly and no danger to anyone or other dog's, but the muzzle is fine and easy to use and my dog is now used to it, kind regards Jay.

I liaised with Chris, providing pictures and I was promptly offered a replacement or full refund, together with a sincere apology.
