When oh when you going to sort out your website??
Trying to get into it is a task alone.
You must be losing hundreds of pounds if not more because of it.
Keep it simple and don’t go down the route of trying to get folks to
“Join” with passwords etc. When I want to simply buy a bag of bird food cat food etc
I certainly don’t want to join a firm that needs passwords etc.
At least leave the options totally separate.

A friend recommeded this site to me and l'm so glad she did.
I was having a few problems getting hold of my dogs food in the shops, l made my first order with Pet Connection, now l won't go anywhere else.
I only had one issue, clicked the wrong button in delivery options, l contacted Pet Connection through the live chat option on their site and had immediate help.
The natural dog treats are a hit with my dogs too, love the choice l have.

Slight delay in getting the product, but I was informed right away and asked did I want to keep the order, which I did as this was the only place I could find this food. Was then delivered when it said it would be.

Great value for money and speedy dispatch.

Delivered damaged as wasn’t packed properly. Photographs sent to customer service but zero customer service. Would give a zero if I could. Don’t use this company.

As I ordered n bulk my order was shipped in 2 parts about 5 days apart. As I am currently working from home that was no problem but it would be a pain if I had to take time off twice to receive it. It would have also been good to know in advance that the shipping wpuld be split then wouldn't have thought that half my order was missed.
Customer service were grand when I queried it.

Reliable, excellent service, unbeatable prices. Good range of products - especially Fish4dogs.
I live in France and since Brexit have found all sorts of problems ordering from the UK, so to find a reliable source of Fish4dogs in Ireland is great.
