The staff at SitandSleep were incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone and made ordering from them a pleasure. The product is fantastic and it is very reassuring that all individual parts and covers can be replaced individually should something go wrong down the line. The only reason they do not get full 5 stars was due to ah honest delivery error by the currier company that meant the items were not delivered on time. Will definately use them again!

Mattress thick and high quality. Easy to connect the two parts. Glad I paid extra for the wood staining as I wouldn’t have achieved this finish!
Delivery company are impressive- Email explaining delivery and phone call when they were ready to deliver, plus a call from the driver to say he was on his way. Very friendly and reassuring.

I bought two Avant sofa beds and had a couple of queries first. Sit and Sleep were easy to contact and very helpful. The delivery was to a remote area (Far North of Scotland) and the company they used was excellent, a very personal service and very efficient.

The futon arrived in great condition with easy instructions to assemble.
Unfortunately I was missing one part, but got a swift response and received the part the following day.
I understand the strange delivery schedule due to COVID, and as good at communicating as the delivery partners are, their instructions for delivery are quite cryptic.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the futon and it looks great and is extremely sturdy and good value.

Couldn't be happier with our futon mattress. It was exactly what we wanted and is decidedly comfortable.
Everything about the entire purchase - from initial phone enquiry through to delivery was great.

The only minor thing was the way it had been packed in the bag, made it look like it was going to be too small, for our sofa.

Now the arm rests have finally arrived, having been lost and reordered from Denmark, post Brexit, it's a very nice thing.

The delivery guys were very good. They'd had a long day, ending with us in West Wales, and had a long drive home. Nevertheless, they were notably friendly and helpful - good ambassadors for their employer!

There was a problem with shipping as on agreed date the futon wasnt loaded and wasnt therefore delivered but a call to itexpress and they redelivered a few days later excellent customer service.

Andrew who I’ve been in contact with via email as I had a few questions about the various futons and needed advice regarding measurements etc could not of been more helpful. Futon arrive in quick time and honestly is such amazing quality, it looks lovely in my summerhouse.

I was informed of its progress through from ordering, manufacturing and delivery - - via The Ukraine, and Denmark and finally to Cambridge - all by email and telephone from home during these Covid times. I received tips on how to unpack and assemble my sofa bed from other’s experience The process was efficient and smooth so I am satisfied with my purchase and customer service.

I wanted a futon that could be used mainly as a bed, as I live in a studio flat. I spoke to Sit and Sleep on the phone and they were very helpful about what I would need. The futon was delivered on the day I chose, I was able to assemble it alone, and it's extremely comfy and well made.

Fantastic company. So helpful. Bought sofa unseen. They went way and beyond to reassure me of it's quality and comfort. Kept in touch at all times. Excellent service and product. Can't recommend highly enough.

WOW! At last, a Company, that delivers. The two Guys, (Andrew and Robert) that run this great Co., were genuinely happy to do what it took, to accommodate me. There product (A Futon Topper) is very comfortable, and being made,of natural, breathable, material, gives me, and my partner, a sweat free, (No foam) sleep. A high quality Mattress! Absolutely recommend this Co., and the courier, that they use, is also first class!
