Service was outstanding- prompt, personal response. Very accommodating. The king size futon with lux padding is very comfortable our guests say. We have already had three visitors use it and all report it is very comfortable. We had the wood stained blue and a midnight cover so it looks good as a sofa too. We were a little challenged putting it together but managed in about an hour! Works well. We are happy with our purchase.

Material for replacement cushion was very slightly different shade of grey to rest of sofa but it will do.

The service from Sit and Sleep was customer friendly and easy to use. Delivery was also on time. My only comment is that it would have been helpful to know in advance standard delivery would be a kerbside drop, i.e. just on the side of the road. If this was in the small print it was easy to miss. By chance, some people were on hand who could carry it into the house, otherwise it would have remained on the side of the road. We have no footpath by our house.

Well worth the money, Large sleeping area for a relatively small footprint when used as a sofa easy to convert.

Sit and Sleep and their delivery partner were absolutely fantastic. Due to a medical emergency we needed an urgent downstairs sleeping solution. Andrew at Sit and Sleep pulled out all the stops to fulfil our order with the specification we required ahead of our deadline and Jon from their distribution partner also arranged delivery in good time. He was very friendly and helpful, putting it straight into the room where it was needed. We would not hesitate to recommend both companies.

Really helpful service when choosing this Futon for a small, compact bedroom. Also very patient giving telephone and email advice/info on materials, mattress quality and measurements. It arrived on time as promised and was very easy to construct. Has proven to be extremely comfortable and really easy to put away on a daily basis. Highly recommended for great, helpful service and a good quality product.

Fantastic all round.

The Snug sofa bed instructions were difficult to follow. I contacted the company and they have taken on board my suggestions. The customer service was excellent - a real pleasure to deal with them. I opted for the extra mattress thickness which is-extremely comfortable.The storage drawer is smaller than imagined (should have checked measurement!) and separate to the bed mechanism.
The delivery was as informed - excellent service here. The lads were great. Thank you.

Beautifully made sofabed, very comfy and lots of options to customise. Very helpful and friendly staff at the showroom and speedy delivery. Delivery itself was a bit of a faff to arrange, but smooth on the day and very helpful.
