Excellent service from beginning to end. Very durable, high quality removable cover on the futon mattress.
Our first overnight guests have just had 3 very good nights' sleep on it.
Really good to have a normal height futon and pleased that we chose a standard double to easily accommodate a couple.

Customer service was amazing. They were really helpful with advice. Really happy with the mattress ... seems very good quality.
Only quibble would be the delivery company that they use... parcel force were atrocious. Did not follow delivery instructions twice which I feel let this company down sadly.

The whole purchase was easy and painless. The mattress arrived on time and fitted our old futon base exactly. It now makes a very comfortable seat. It seems comfortable as an occasional bed. My mother in law (80) used it last weekend and had no complaints.

Shipping was a disaster and yet for the second shipping the same company was used
The futon is lovely and well padded, really takes two to build it which is not ideal but did eventually manage it on my own
Please please stop using the distribution company you have as they will get you a terrible reputation.

We completely accept that on this occasion you did not have a good delivery experience for which we sincerely apologise – it is not what we want, or strive for, for any of our customers. We use this delivery company extensively and, as I mentioned in my e-mail to you on 30th November, we rarely have issues with them but on very rare occasions, as with any delivery company, things don’t go quite right. On such occasions we try very hard to resolve the issue in the quickest time frame with the minimal inconvenience for the customer. Louise in our sales office was in daily communication with the delivery company and kept you as informed as possible with regular updates. We visited the showroom to check out the sofa-bed although with hindsight this could have been completed totally on line or telephone.. The staff were very welcoming and talked us through our requirements and answered questions but without pressure to purchase.
We would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a sofa bed and its worth the visit to the showroom to see the full range of possibilities.

The website and the confirmation email says item in stock will be delivered in 5 to 10 working days .. after two weeks of silence I decide to call their customer service ... I am now informed that the sofa is in a container somewhere in the works and won’t arrive before end of month.. once container here the conversation was fairly quick and but goods took nearly 6 WEEKS to arrive. It would have been nice to know from the beginning !

We genuinely value all customer feedback so we thank you for your review. We would point out that when you placed your order online on 2nd October, our website was not showing the colour that you had chosen as ‘in stock’ but as ‘2 Due Oct ‘18’ (reflected in the order detail of your order confirmation e-mail of 2nd October) as we were waiting for stock to arrive from Innovation. Items which are shown as ‘In Stock’ are usually delivered within 5-10 working days. We sent all customers waiting for items on this shipment, including yourself, an e-mail on 12th October advising that the shipment was slightly delayed and that it was now estimated to arrive at UK port on 6th November (actually docked on 8th November).
We are sorry that the delivery of your order took longer than you had hoped and will look at how we can further improve our e-mail communications. We would also like to thank you for the very positive review of the product itself and we are glad that you are pleased with it.

If quality is what you're after, you've come to the right place. The cover fabric - an attractive weave that costs a little extra - is worth the difference because it brings the Wow factor. I required a custom order, which led to considerable back and forth, but I appreciated the care and attention given. Finally, delivery was free, but slow.
