Brilliant service and product for an unusual request for replacement headrest arms. Sit and sleep could not have been more helpful and the customer service was excellent. Very quick delivery. Highly recommend. I first bought futons from sit and sleep eleven years ago and they are still going strong!

Super-friendly and very knowledgeable customer service - they really know their stuff.
The support was prompt and very transparent. They agree to make a special shipping arrangement for me, which is normally not done, so I am super grateful for this.
The shipment cost was rather high (i.e. 1/3 of the total cost), but I cannot complain, since it was a special arrangemnet.

Good customer service.
Sofa Bed was late in arriving in the UK due to bad weather and Sit and Sleep kept us informed of the situation via e mail.
When the sofa did arrive in the UK they contacted us again giving us a time when it would be delivered.
The sofa was delivered on time and date stated was well wrapped and in perfect condition.

I was not aware until I received delivery confirmation that the sofa would not be assembled by the delivery team and that the delivery was contracted out.
A month after the Expected date I received my delivery at 6.40 pm in the Evening, infuriating after taking a day off...instructions to assemble require the whole bed to be assembled upside down and then turned over, a struggle with my chronic fatigue and my husbands heart problems, leaving us both struggling for breath and exhausted. .

Delivery was made, as scheduled, by a cheerful and helpful IT Distribution driver. The packaging was suitably robust but easy to open. The product is, as described, very good construction and quality. We found the assembly instructions difficult to understand and assimilate but we persevered and completed the assembly with some telephone assistance from Sit & Sleep. They provided excellent service throughout all the phases of our purchase which made for a very positive customer experience.

I have to thank "sit and sleep" for their courteous, friendly and efficient manner in dealing with my enquiry and translating it into a manufactured product which met my every expectation when it was promptly delivered and easily assembled on receipt-and is now in use to add comfort and additional accommodation in the guest bedroom.
Definitely a relaxed and hassle-free experience.

I had searched all over the internet because I wanted all natural fibres without any chemicals,
SitandSleep was the only company I could find that had that type of Futon in their range of products.
It was made to measure, to my choice of requirements in super fast time, and I was also able to collect it myself at my convenience.

Absolutely fantastic service from initial phone call to delivery of our sofa bed .
Andrew &Robert were super helpful every time we spoke on the phone nothing was a problem for them ,
We chose the Roman 3 seater futon for our narrowboat and it is perfect quality made throughout ,
we have had lots of lovely compliments from family & friends ,we are more than happy with it and would not hesitate to purchase again or recommend Sit & Sleep .

Was unsure if it would arrive as promised during lock down but I shouldn’t have worried as the delivery day, time and procedure were exactly as promised, I was so impressed.
What can I say about Sit and Sleep, I was very concerned about ordering and spending with any company due to a few recent disappointments elsewhere during lockdown, however, this was a whole totally different experience.
Almost instant email and phone contact with amazingly knowledgable, helpful and non pushy Andrew, THAN.

Quality product.
Under-sofa drawer would be improved with a handle of some description (rope ?) as it is difficult for older, less able people to get it in and out.
Service would be 100% improved if there was an option for product to be delivered ready assembled, or an option for it to be assembled on site and packing removed.

Great service, excellent product. Very attractive and well made. Looks beautiful and is extremely comfortable. It hasn’t been slept on yet but it’s a generous size and very thick so I am sure it will be comfortable.

Delivery was in perfect time for my needs. The futon looks really great and I'm so glad I made the decision to purchase it. Very comfortable to sit on a f feels good when lying on it but I have not slept on it but I'm sure it will be great when I do. I dud have a lityle issue when ordering on line but I decided to call instead and I'm glad I did great customer service great product what mire can you ask for. Thanks Sit and Sleep I love my Futon.

Very well built product with amazing customer service. I needed the order earlier and Robert was very helpful and supportive as he bought the date forward and I received the order exactly when I needed it. It was well packaged and already in use. Feedback so far is that its very comfortable.

I wasn’t sure which sofa bed to choose so I rang Sit and Sleep directly for advice. The man I spoke to was really helpful and I decided to purchase there and then. The sofabed arrived on the specific date I requested and it was very easy to assemble singe handedly. It looks great and is very comfortable to sleep on so I’m very happy with my purchase. Would definitely use this company again in future.

Hello Zoe. Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you were disappointed with the lead time which resulted in your associated low score for shipping. We would comment, that you placed your order online on 11July, it left us on 24July and was delivered on 30July so 19 days from order to delivery. This was during very difficult times for us, and many other companies, coping with the Covid-19 situation - we had periods of furlough and had to re-think the way that we worked in our workshops/warehouse to keep all of our staff safe. On our order confirmation e-mails sent to all customers when we receive an order we do comment that 'despatch/delivery processes are taking a little longer than was previously the case (due to social distancing work practices)...we thank you for your patience and understanding'. We hope that this explains the slightly longer lead time that you experienced and we are so glad to learn that your son loves your Traditional Futon.
