I am so pleased with the service I have received from turner's engineering the website was easy to use.The delivery was quick I was kept informed of my delivery times and as promised it arrived on time.you do not get good customer service from many companies now days but turner's engineering is outstanding.i rang for help with my camshaft and my problem was resolved in seconds well done and thank you.

The postage is too expensive. You can use the DHL road express service. It tooks more 2 days to arrive but its half of the price that you charged me

Generally our customers have a vehicle off the road and require the parts quickly. We note the DHL tracking system indicates you received your order the next day.
The amount of shipping is clearly stated at the time of sale when you have the opportunity not to proceed or add parts to make the shipping cost more worthwhile.
It is our experience with the DHL Economy service that it is not necessarily reliable and although it may be slightly cheaper it certainly is not half the cost of the Express service.

Thanks for the advice prior to ordering,all arrived safe and sound,everything looks to be of very good quality.
For Australian customers it would be really good if you could register for GST.I realise you probably don't want to be a tax collector for the Aussie government.I had reasonable orders with Bearmach and Paddocks.They pay the Aussie GST,their orders went straight thru Australian customs.With your order I had to pay $316 to release a $1400 from Customs.
