Bad experience: between additional taxes and above all forced to return, because they DON'T KNOW what is written on the box ... after 5 emails, I threw away about 90 euros.

Buying piston rings can be problematical particularly if aftermarket pistons are fitted to the engine without prior knowledge. This is alluded to in the product description.
The confusion here has been as a result of the Kolben Schmidt piston ring format of the standard and 020/040 oversize being different. The dimensions given by yourself apply to Kolben Schmidt standard size rings only but not to the over sizes.
With the best will in the world this opens up the potential for confusion particularly in a busy office and/or packing department.
It appears that your 020 pistons may well be aftermarket and have a different ring size format than Kolben Schmidt original pistons of that size.
Turner Engineering have no control over local taxes which are payable at destination and should be.

Turner Engineering's response to an order is quick and efficient. Ordered on a Monday and received the following Friday for an overseas order. Within 2 hrs of order, my package was ready for dispatch. Items sent seem to be good quality.
