Customer service was 10 out of 10,(sorry i can't remember your name) but the lady i spoke with was fantastic and helpful thank you very much and i will recommend Turner Engineering no problem. On a down side the dpd delivery driver got 1/4 of a mile away from us asked someone where we are he got pointed in the right direction he then went in the opposite direction, when i looked on there web site it said sorry we missed you with a photo of the chap he asked by the side of his pickup.

The goods and service are very good. Due to Brexit the goods cost about 25% and shipping costs, customs tax and VAT the rest. I don' t believe that I will soon return to this company. 'Many thanks' to all the Brexiteers in the UK.

After Brexit EU customers now pay their own country's rate of vat on any import rather than the UK rate of 20%. Ie the goods are zero rated for export when purchased in the UK. I understand the Dutch vat rate is 21% therefore this represents 1% difference in cost of vat between before and after Brexit. .
There is no duty payable as a result of the Free Trade Brexit deal.
The only additional cost therefore is customs clearance in country of destination over which we have no control.
