All good. They answered all my questions, the ordering was easy, delivery was on time and the tap was good too.

Excellent service goods arrived on time but slightly damaged.

Was a bit cautious at buying from somebody I hadn’t bought from before as I needed the pump urgently & it was close to a weekend which might have meant a delayed delivery but all went perfectly :).

Ordered and delivered spot on. Many thanks with heating back on.

I ordered 2 high limit pipe stats but they sent 2 Low limit pipe stats which I had to return. They waited until they received them before sending replacements, so another weeks delay. When the replacement arrived there was only one, not the two that I'd ordered. After I complained, they sent the second one by next day delivery. We got there in the end after a series of errors and delays. Customer service were polite and helpful, just the stores department that messed up twice.

Box only contained ONE instead of TWO. Returned 1026hrs 1st November. AWAITING FULL CREDIT as at 5th November. I ordered from Amazon and got the correct quantity the next day.

Sent an email for an update on my order (still not received). Money taken straight away but product not received. Allowed plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now have to go and buy from another supplier as I have run out!
