Please with Service on receiving my order - however when wanting to return as I had been given the incorrect link so ordered the wrong pump and they wouldn't change it so having to independently sell the pump ordered and buy a pump from someone else.

Top notch. Price and customer service.

Having been fitting this shower valve for many years and ordering from Plumb2u in the past I had no problem to place another order. Package arrived on time as always so after a quick inspection decided to put this to 1 side until fitting. Day arrived to put this in place and upon opening the box, what greeted me can only be described as a car crash. Bits all over the place, screws and parts out of their boxes I was bitterly disappointed. Looked like it had been thrown off a cliff.

Seeing as you ask, not entirely happy with customer service. The smart thermostat was missing the internet gateway. I emailed customer support who told me the gateway was not supposed to be included with this unit and I should have ordered the iT500 instead. I had to argue, pointing out that the power supply and cable for the gateway were in the box and there was a space where the gateway should have been. They finally admitted that the customer was actually right and sent the missing item.

Delivered to the wrong address and the second delivery dumped in a car park at the wrong address with no signature. This isn’t the end of this !

Queried when delivery was due, and received a prompt reply. Lovely mirror, have yet to install as bathroom is still in progress of being fitted. Very happy with service, communication and delivery time. Looking forward to seeing it in place in our new bathroom.

Customer service was excellent. The product was well packaged, protected and delivered satisfactorily. The courier was helpful and courteous.

Telephoned to ensure they had in stock, they had ordered for next day delivery. Next day order was delivered. Great service.

So our boiler controller went pop due to a local power cut.

Easiest option was to order the same one. The only supplier that could guarantee delivery the next day for this part was Plumb2U.

Ordered the part but it was getting late in the day and still no notification of despatch. Needed to organise a plumber visit so checked with the customer service via email. Sure enough they confirmed it would be sent and delivery would be next day by DPD.

We purchased the shower to replace the same model. Were disappointed at first as we were told it had been shipped and then told it was out of stock so we had to wait - after this it did arrive within 7 days as promised. We had been careful to order a chrome colour as we had seen 'white' advertised elsewhere. When the delivery arrived it had a white shower head rather than a chrome which is a bit disappointing to us but by then everything had been opened and unpacked.

Works great. controls my parents thermostats via their phone.

No problem with the order but the courier was dire!
Didn't attempt to ring the doorbell, I have ring doorbell. Went around to the back gate and threw my parcel over the top, narrowly missing my dog. Furious!

No fault service. Would use again.

Plumb2u had an office close by so I was able to order and collect, and although collecting felt a little ad-hoc it was fairly straight forward, although I am not sure if it would be the case if it was a large order.

Very pleased with all aspects of the order, faultless.

The 2 seal kits arrived with 1 kit jumbled and opened the metal screws mixed in with the rubber seals and one screw was in plumb2u's packaging. The second kit was missing the circlip. I emailed plumb2u who apologised for the jumbled kit but told me I would have to contact Stuart Turner myself to obtain the circlip. Surely that's plumb2u's responsibility under the consumers act? I purchased the kits from them
As a DIY Customer I am not pleased.
