Leaky pipe helped me design my system [ I sent a picture of my garden and plan and then they drew on the picture with their advice] which was very helpful and meant I would get the best out of my system .Delivery was the next day on both occasions I ordered. I did phone them twice to ask for advice which they did willingly and also their website videos are excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. I was happy with the shipping time frame and the packaging of the product on arrival. The company kept me informed of progress and even offered the option of a refund when their processing took longer than usual due to Brexit.

I needed an additional plug end and when I rang them they were very helpful and posted one out immediately.

The website is very informative and well laid out which made it easy to design a bespoke system.

I must have been one of Leaky Pipes first customers having bought a long length of pipe in the last century for use on a new yew hedge and some commercial borders. I still have a hundred metres which has been sitting around in the garage and recently decided to use it for some domestic borders. I needed some connectors and stops and these arrived very fast. I now await a drought to be able to use it. The original pipe seems to be in good condition too after all those years.

For the second time I've received an email/text confirming a time of arrival then the delivery has arrived earlier. I've been at home but no attempt has been made to contact me, either by mobl or doorbell. Instead the parcel has been left with neighbours - for reasons I cannot work out.

I was away the day of delivery so requested that the item be left at a local newsagents. Instead it was delivered to my property where fortunately was able to accept it but this might have resulted in it going back to the depot.
