Delivery asked to put on a line on one side of drive, told to do so as I went back on to a call for work. Came off the call to see 3 bulk bags taking up most of drive, unable to get a car on the drive as wanted, not happy at all.

Placed a few orders with Joseph Parr now and can't speak highly enough about them. Customer Service is spot on. All deliveries have been timely and the items were exactly as expected. Great company.

I haven’t used it yet but the service was 5star.

Had about 28 bags of 25kg sand and ballest delivered. Left note for driver to leave on driveway but he went to the trouble of carrying them halfway up and leaving them in a neat pile so I could still get the car in. Dropped one star as a couple of the bags were slightly split.

It’s no good receiving an email to say your order is ready to collect then you drive 20 miles and there is none in stock, so frustrating but to be fair they did promise to deliver on the Tuesday which they did but they did not call me to confirm the order would be delivered what they said they would do. Product is fine and price is a lot cheaper than Wickes. Hopefully they will learn but I very much doubt it.

I had been looking for white cobbles/marble to finish off the boarder on my decking.A neighbour recommended jparrboro.Ordering was simple and delivery was quick and efficient.Stones are excellent value and look fantastic.
Would definitely recommend.
