Excellent wine selection and very reasonable prices. Excellent value for money. Delivery within a working day, even when ordering so close to Christmas. What is not to like?

Everything great.

Only issue could have been order was delivered two hours prior to tracking details. It was a pure fluke that we had just arrived home five minutes before it arrived. And would have been out again five minutes later.

We had planned our movements around the tracking information and there would have been no safe place for driver to leave parcel.

As usual-everything done swiftly and efficiently. Never had any cause for complaint over the last 14 years.

I found the wine I was looking for on the website. Admin was quick and easy and delivery speedy and as promised. My only question was there was a "PayPal" logo on the site but did not appear to be active.

This was a present sent directly to the recipient, so I cannot comment on the merchandise itself. However, the delivery service could not have been better as the shipment arrived just two hours after placing the order!

I cannot rate the wine as it was a gift and I won't get a chance to partake.The Fluerrie and Sancerre look promising.
Service would have been five stars had there been an option for a delayed delivery to be nearer Christmas.However,perhaps I could have written to ask for delayed delivery.

This is a very good service by York Wines. The packing of the Merchandise is first class.

I am trying York wines as I have been disappointed by several other suppliers, but specifically Lathwaites and Naked wines.

I have had 3 orders from York Wines but two were my specification, The lad time I asked also for 2 cases of their choice following my description of the wines we like. Have had 4 of the wines one was OK the others excellent quality and value.

Dealt with them on 2 occasions on the phone rather than internet and found them very helpful.
