Shipping is a bit expensive. An extra £10 on top of normal fee to Northern Ireland but from a customer service point they did ring and check that the charge was okay to go ahead with. Also a few little freebies in the box was a very nice touch. Definitely recommend as a supplier.

Great customer service. Very helpful advice on the phone from Alex in selecting wines. Wine was delivered very well packaged. I sent a number of cases as gifts and I have received very good feedback from the recipients. I have used York Wines before and will certainly use them again.

Customer service is definitely over 10, I was updated about the status of my order through the process, the wine is amazing I love it. I will definitely order again from York wines because of the service I was given. The guy who I think is the owner was very lovely he kept me updated on what was happening and wine. I am very happy.

Bought as a present so can't rate the wine. Only reason not given 5 stars for shipping is because it was later than said but with the covid restrictions and being so close to christmas that is understandable. When I emailed the customer service they were super quick at replying and letting me know exactly where it was.
