Superb! Customer service excellent, would highly recommend.

I have purchased several sets of internal tandembox drawer set from Drawerboxes before and always been very pleased with all aspects. This time I tried the made to measure external type and was no less pleased. They arrived promptly, everything was there and fitted exactly. The Blum product is excellent and Drawerboxes provide an excellent service. Everything to like.

An easy to use website, clear images of the Drawboxes allowed me to quickly place my order. I opted for written instructions as how to make them up and fit them.
My order was courier delivered with no fuss within 48 hours - quicker than I expected!
Easy to follow instructions, I found one slight issue in that instructions weren't clear as to how to fix the metal brackets to the drawbox and hence the draw front to them.
My wife is delighted with my handiwork and the drawers are as new!

Found the video instructions clear and easy to follow and managed to assemble and fit the drawer boxes myself with no help from my husband!! Will be ordering more for the rest of the cupboards.

Ordering was straightforward and simple. Blum Tandembox is superb quality; but I haven't yet fitted them. I don't expect to be disappointed. The shipping was faster than I expected, so very happy.

Bought 2 x 5 pack drawers for larder units with glass and the packers for hinges. The people at drawerboxes were very helpful and even managed to get the price down further. Drawers arrived promptly, all parts were there, easy to build and fit with no damages. Will recommend to my customers in future projects also a small thing they came with loads of extra screws that were not made of butter.

When the doors I ordered arrived I changed my mind on the design. When I rang
up to explain, the lady could not have been more helpful.
She sent out new ones next day delivery - no charge.
Then when assembled, I realised I had ordered the
wrong size which meant they were too tight of fit. So I had to ring up again and explain
what happened. Again the lady was so helpful and arranged
to send out the new ones the next day and again NO CHARGE!!!
This customer service is excellent - a ple.

Contents luckily not too damaged. The outer box badly ripped open from one corner. One drawer base grey side slightly scratched. Still useable.

Nice quality easy to assemble - very tricky to fit in 300mm wide cabinets due to space - and it is difficult to measure the hole centres - especially for the top runner... adjustability for door fronts helps the overall fit.

I ordered the wrong drawers! My husband and our kitchenfitter were merciless in taking the Mickey out of me but I still have no idea what I got wrong. However my husband called Drawerboxes.co.uk to figure out what to do and was dealt with extremely kindly and understandingly by the lady he spoke to. The upshot was that we received more parts in the post from Drawerboxes that would adapt what I had bought to become what we needed (with k-fitter expertise). We'll be back and will recommend.

Excellent service can not complain about any aspect. We ordered a wrong type , our fault entirety, and after a quick and very efficient phone call, a replacement was despatched quickly with no quibble whatsoever.
