Having problems with delivery - but isn’t everyone at present. Emailed drawer box on a Sunday eve7asking them to look into it. Thought I might get reply on Monday but Paul contacted me later Sunday evening. Great service every time.

Excellent product - the drawer box was to replace one which had literally fallen apart. It is sturdy and well made, and the instruction videos made it an easy job to undertake myself. Very happy wtth the product and the customer service received.

I am greatly impressed both by the product and the service from Drawerboxes. The drawers are of excellent quality, and the detailed instructions make assembling and fitting the drawers easy, the positioning of drawer fronts in carcasses is spot on, and they work perfectly.

Paul from DrawerBoxes worked with me to get the correct width for Blum Tandembox kitchen drawers as the larder unit they were going to go into had different widths! Ordered and when they arrived, the packing strips were missing :-(. I called and they were apologetic and expressed them to me the following day. Now installed without any issues and very pleased with the result.

The craftsmanship of these products is excellent. They are extremely straightforward to assemble using the clear instructions and give a very professional looking finish to a DIY project.
