There was a problem making online payment for my order so I called customer service right away and immediately they were ready to solve the problem - they even know my name when I called as they had a record of the failed payment attempt right there. I accept problems occur from time to time but I rate great service by how well they deal with problems.

I ordered the glass turntable believing it was available only to find it was out of stock I was frustrated as when I ordered it it did not show out of stock only once I had ordered and paid for it. I don't believe this is acceptable very annoying had to wait until the stock was available. I would have ordered it from another supplier and received it quicker instead of having to wait for stock to be replenished.

I ordered this item having researched to ensure I had the correct part. The price was the cheapest I could find for an original Panasonic part.
After placing the order, I panicked thinking I'd ordered the wrong part. But one call to the helpline number and speaking direct to the MD and I was assured all was OK.
It arrived within a few days, sooner then I anticipated. I had only chosen economy delivery, expecting it to take 5 working days.
