Shipping was very swift and my carob order arrived in good condition.

Great chocolate and customer service. The labelling on the ingredients is clear and there is a large range which don’t contain any allergens which is rare and a huge relief. Very happy to have found the company.

I received a phone call to inform me one item was out of stock. We agreed on a replacement and the order proceeded quickly. All the chocolates were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Expect products, well packed.

The order process and shipping was spot on. I would prefer if more companies offered a Royal Mail option for their deliveries, though. I know that delivery services is a free market now, but instinctively I want to support Royal Mail to back its comprehensive service.

Excellent! First time we have been able to get gluten dairy and soya free Xmas free hanging decorations! Maybe think about changing the use of polystyrene packing beads to something more sustainable?

Once again immensely pleased with my order and the level of customer service. I ordered the wrong advent calendar,realised my mistake and I emailed asking for a change. Received an email back promptly sure ring me my order would be changed this was on Tuesday and I received my order complete on the Friday would definitely order again.

This company is absolutely brilliant and so is the chocolate! I stumbled across it online and haven’t looked back since!! A must try! My son loves all the different shapes of chocolate and it’s always current with themes such as football lolly pops and footballs for World Cup, snowmen for Christmas etc! Keep up the fantastic work!!
