Lovely incense and excellent service as always.

I have previously order from Vectis Karma and have always received excellent customer service from initial placement of orders through to delivery. Parcels arrived well packaged and on the confirmed delivery date. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, hence the 5 stars awarded.

A subtle and interesting scent.

Vectis Karma is synonymous with high quality….an increasingly rare commodity in today's world. The company obviously cares about fine incense, which seems to be the main focus.

Have still not received the items I ordered, despite paying for 1st class delivery. So although I know that the merchandise will be of good quality and the customer service I have had has been excellent, everything has been let down by the chronically bad performance of Royal Mail.

Always fast and good service from Vectis Karma. I have been a customer for a number of years and they never disappoint.

Love the Menuha Incense. I received the item very quickly. Unfortunately the glass vial containing the incense arrived broken.
I did not bother pursuing the issue due to lack of time so am unable to share an opinion on customer service.

Been a customer for some time now, although I hadn't purchased recently. Times are hard etc. I had almost run out of all my incense. Easy to order and it comes via Royal Mail free of charge. Always well packed & smells terrific. TBH I often leave the packet they're delivered in on the table just for the pleasant aroma. I've never had any issues with any order & the only times I've contacted them was to ask questions for myself. I always got a prompt, positive & helpful response.

Well priced, good helpful descriptions of items, good range including Menuha, which I haven't seen for sale elsewhere. Fast despatch, arrived quickly and safely. Will definitely buy again.

Thankyou I really love my incense purchases and customer service is is very helpful and delivery of my order was prompt. I shall certainly be ordering again but probably I will return to my orginal order of pure sandalwood incense as it is my favourite. Just thought I would try something different this time.
