My wife is very happy I found these. Perfect fit into a very thin cupboard making it much more usable. Instructions are easier to follow than IKEA.

Arrived very well packaged. The items were mostly is excellent condition with only one drawer piece being slightly bent but this was easily put right. Although I did not speak to customer service email was good and they responded quickly. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

Really brilliant solution to a problem I had. I hated the setup in my kitchen cupboard before and now I love it as I can see what’s in each of the drawers and find things. The videos were really helpful and informative. I highly recommend this product and company.

These Blum drawers are very good quality and worth all the effort of fixing them in an existing cupboard. The communication was perfect (including a call to their customer help desk), the packaging was superb to avoid anything getting damaged and the instructions emailed and videos were extremely helpful to a diy person (albeit reasonably competent) like myself.

Really good quality. Packing really good and we’ll done to protect the parts. I only have one slightly negative comment which concerns the hinge side packing blocks. Previously this was in the form of full length wooden blocks - simple and easy to fit, Now you provide 4off plastic blocks for each slide asst. These are very fiddly to fit particularly for slimmer base units. Maybe this has been done as a cost saving which is understandable but it is not an improvement.

Thanks for the feedback. We have been using the new blocks for many months now, and they have been received very well by all users with no complaints (except from a few previous customers like yourself who prefer the other method). We do still produce the strips, and previous customers can request them to match existing, or if thats their preference. The change was all about freeing up our workshop time for drawer production as the overall cost is very similar. Note, are you attaching the blocks to the runners first as directed? This makes an enormous difference to ease of fit.

Communication was excellent throughout the production and delivery process. My drawers arrived on time. I was extremely impressed with the packaging. Clear instructions enabled the easy fitting of the drawers.

Excellent service. I made a typo when putting my measurements in online. It was picked up and I was emailed asking me to check if it was correct. Could have been an expensive mistake. Well done Drawer Boxes. Top quality products aswell.
