Better clarity on shipping costs would be good. The item I bought met the requirement for free shipping in value, greater than £50, but still incurred shipping charges. Great pricing though and the cheapest around currently.

Excellent, it has made my shower now a power 🚿 shower, it is also quiet too. I did buy a sound proof mat for it to go on and am pleased it doesn’t make a loud noise as some people have described with other makes.
Bit expensive but I suppose worth it being quiet.

I bought a triton t80 z from Plumb2u. It came within a couple of days, looked great. Had it put in, used it twice, it cut out mid shower both times. I contacted Plumb2u, explained what had happened. With no issues whatsoever, the shower was picked back up by courier yesterday. Great service all round.

Plumb2U 's website offered next day delivery of a particular type of shower. Without that, I would not have used them. When it arrived it was a different type altogether and no good for my purpose. When I asked for the correct one instead the following morning, they told me they were out of stock. A packing mistake is not great, nor do I know why they were offering next day delivery on a product they appear not to have had in stock. I would not use this company again.

Easy to order and fast shipping. I only gave 4 stars for customer service because there was no communication from the seller. The only notification that I had bought the item was from PayPal and I was given no information about when it had been dispatched. Despite this, I would recommend.
