Plumb 2 U delivered quickly. The item well packaged - and not overly packaged. I can’t complain. The tap itself is another matter.

Wrong item was sent and customer care refused to send a replacement till I sent back the wrong item which I agreed to do - they have delayed my project 2 weeks and cost me an hour of my time sending back the item for them which they sent in error - very poor experience. I have seen another customer had the same experience ordering the same item so they are repeating the same mistakes.

Was an shipping error fitting kit was not shipped which delayed fitting and upset the the plumber was sorted out in the end.

I have ordered twice from Plumb2iu and paid for next day delivery. Both times I have not received my orders next day. I received a refund for delivery costs on the first occasion and I have not heard back for the second time.

Ordered an Aqualisa Aquavalve, paid for next day delivery. Didnt turn up two days later so contacted the company,given a tracking numnber to track it myself. They use Amazon Logistics who dont have any way of contacting them, tried Amazon only to be told it wasnt ordered through them so please contact the seller.
Emailed the seller twice, took two days to answer only to be told it had been delivered which it certainly hadnt, eventually a week later I received a refund, complete waste of time.

Efficient service. Will use again. Thank you to the team.
