Cannot fault the service or goods. Delivery was prompt, the items well packed, and the courier’s e-mail delivery notification was well timed and accurate. Full marks!

Delivery charge was a bit stingy though, but I do understand that some courier companies have unrealistic geographical classifications and add a surcharge based on this. It may help Roofing-Tools business model to consider couriers with a more realistic classification strategy….

When should I have received my order,( thought I payed for next day delivery?).

A slight reduction on merchandise rating due to a slight crumple on corner of copper sheet, not an issue though as qty. ordered allows for wastage.

Bought this for an original cast metal soil pipe as the modern plastic ones are too small. Very easy to fit and will last a lifetime I imagine. Enquiry to customer services about suitability was clearly and promptly answered.

Goods arrived next day and were well packaged. The copper strip was just as described on the web page. The web site was easy to use and follow up emails - confirmation and tracking - were great. The only criticism I can level is the reference to 'delivery to Scottish Highlands'! I live 20 miles from Aberdeen, hardly in the hills.
