Hadn't used Plumb2U before but really pleased with their service, my order was placed on Friday afternoon and arrived with me by lunchtime on Monday, on arrival it was well packaged and in good condition, will certainly check m out for my future needs.

Still have not got this working. Instruction are not the best.

Delivery said 7-10 working days. I phoned for an estimated delivery date after a week, they said they would check and get back to me but didn't. I phoned again after 10 days but they still couldn't tell me a delivery date so I had to cancel the order and pay more elsewhere to get it delivered in a timely manner.
In fairness Plumb2U did process the refund quickly.

Received item but looked like the item had been opened as not sealed however nothing was missing I fitted it and we all love the Grohe shower mixer. Would recommend PLUMB4U just check What you receive.
