The water heater arrived before I was expecting which was great, as the old one had broken. It was well packed. I haven't had to use the customer service so can't rate that.

Spot on, delivered my macerator 26 hours from my order.
Paperwork and tracking was clear.

The bad side was it did not tell me I need a push on fitting so could not fit as all shop close for Christmas.
Now got to wait till thy open to. My last one came with all the fittings to fit with no hassle getting parts that should of come with it. NOT HAPPY 🤬

I have received second hand item, I cannot fully use it because it’s not letting me register an account. Thermostat is assigned to someone else account. Since I installed it my house is cold because default temperature is set to 14 and I must manually override all the time. I have no support from customer service, apart of an email which took few days to receive. Absolutely disappointed.

You very nearly got the lot back. Why didn't you put on your website that this tap has continental fittings.With a totally useless plastic back nut. Certainly won't buy again. Very dissatisfied customer..

Fantastic service and delivery .

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid extra £9 on 10th Dec for next day delivery. 14th Dec, no parcel. Called them on 16th Dec and they said there was a mix up in the warehouse and said it was dispatched yesterday (15th Dec) on 48hr delivery. Parcel eventually arrives on 22nd Dec. As the owner of a plumbing company, I had deadlines to meet with a client which I was unable to fulfil due to the incompetence of this company.
Avoid this company at all cost. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Delivered next day as requested. Great company to do business with.
