Item arrived with a deformed gear so the rotation is janky, contacted customer support but they did not reply.

We replied to your message on April 18th 2022. We explained that it sounded as if one of the gears had become damaged, and asked if you would like us to send you a replacement winding mechanism. We would send it free of charge, but it is possible you will have to pay some tax to receive the parcel. We have been waiting for your reply. It is possible that our e-mail ended up in your trash folder.

This is a fragile item and it arrived fully intact. It came with a separate little piece that I do not know what to do with. This is a novelty item and I am very pleased with how it works. It is unfortunate that it does not come with instructions.
