Thank you for your feedback, Jumper Boards must be posted via parcelforce due to the size of the parcel, this incurs a flat rate for us. I sent the tracking number when it was posted and will email it again - we posted it on 20/12 and once it has left us it is out of our control especially during extremely busy times like 5 days before Christmas.
