Customer Service and Shipping were excellent. I have given Merchandise 3* only because I have not yet had an opportunity to use the waders. These I have obtained two sizes larger than I would ordinarily wear as I have found in the past that Snowbee waders tend to be smaller than the size given would indicate. In all other respects, those I have had in the past have been excellent.
