All perfect as with previous experiences. Delivery was a bit delayed (very unusual) but given Covid, Black Friday and Christmas all in the same time frame, no surprise. I have no problem with this. Troutcatchers get my vote.

Thank you for your review - Ordered Saturday afternoon 28th - Posted Monday - tracking indicates delivery Friday - Apologies took longer than normal, combination of Black Friday / Lockdown2 / Christmas volume challenged delivery services, a disclaimer was on website indicated possible extra delays.

the Postal Service doesn't help them at this time with slower than usual deliveries.
That said the team work hard to keep customers informed.

Credit card information.. requirements.. ( only date in my credit card visa is valid thru.. Date when issued is not in card..) It is impossible to make payment in the web shop without the issued information.
Pay pal is a fine tool but sometimes it is so slow... visa works better.
