I would like to thank Sandra for her help when I recently ran out of wool for my Shoormal Hap. She answered my email and sourced the wool and exact shade I needed. I love knitting with J & S wool it knits up beautifully. I have knitted shawls with cobweb and a headband with jumper yarn. It is lovely. The patterns are easy to read and have great colour photos. Super quick delivery and packaged with care. The kit is lovely, I'm so pleased with it. The wool, as always is gorgeous. The pattern is printed on quality paper, lots of colour photos and looks to be clearly written. I'm really going to enjoy knitting and wearing this fabulous hat.

Arrived promptly to Australia...happy with everything!

The order was shipped very promptly and delivered very quickly. The wool was well packaged and the pattern was put into a stiffened envelope to avoid it bending. An extra detail which is impressive.

The wool is beautiful, the colours are so natural and consistent within each ball. BUT the balls are too big at 50gm. I will have far too much wool left over when my project is complete because of the smaller amounts needed in the Fair Isle pattern. If only the wool was available in 25gm balls, I could then have bought them instead of having all this wastage.
