Received wool well packaged and labeled a few days after ordering. Very impressed given everything going on in the refurbishment. Always a pleasure.

I bought 2 ply lace weight to knit into gloves at a tight guage and this is perfect for it. As there's a little bit of lambswool in it it is very soft.

I ordered from Australia, and still had my items within two weeks. I was thoroughly impressed with this aspect of service. I have just started to make the Heritage Scarf, and although I do not normally use pure wool, as I have had issues with previous ones, this is wool is working up beautifully and I cannot wait to have a finished product. I will definitely order more from Jamieson & Smith.

I must say I had some trepidation ordering over such long distance with no postal tracking and I was worried that the belt and needles might not arrive unscathed but I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when everything arrived well packaged and in excellent shape.
