As this is being shipped to the United States, I haven't received my package yet. The wool is top quality and I love knitting with it. l just wish they weren't on the other side of the world now that I have moved back to the U.S.!!! (sigh) Keep it up!

The shade card is well-organized, great to have as a reference, and will be indispensable in planning projects. Customer service is great; they tell you in advance that shipping delays should be expected. The only de-merit is in the choice of shipping for international orders. The cost is very high and comes without tracking and is slower than most. I've ordered crystal from Ireland with more convenience and less expense. I suggest finding other shipping methods for your outstanding product.

I am anxiously waiting for my order to arrive. Unfortunately, it takes several weeks to get to my home because I live across the pond, lol. I am sure that I will be very happy once it arrives as I have ordered from you in the past and never been disappointed.
