So delighted to receive this item earlier than expected. Our 9 year old unit gave up the ghost a week ago and have been really missing our hot tap. Soo long waiting for a kettle to boil!! Item was a good price and delivered next day despite not being a working day (Sat) which meant we had time to install and all back up and working in time for Christmas. Highly recommend this company!

This unit was at the lowest price I could find on the internet.
I phoned for some technical advise before placing the order and was pleased with a helpful response.
I used the free delivery option but was very pleased to receive the unit early.
The unit was new (not old stack), packaged well and delivered in perfect condition.
The new unit was to replace an old, failing unit and so the same configuration was the most important issue for me.
Altogether a very satisfying purchase.
