Ordering was easy. The order was processed promptly and delivered on time. The delivered item was fine, and is working well, Thank you. I will be very happy to use you again for my plumbing supplies.
The only thing that I noted was that if I wanted to track my order I had to register on your website, I could not do it as a visitor.

All good and delivered on time and a reasonable price on comparison. Ordered to replace the same model which had failed as it was the easiest method of fitting to existing plumbing.

Great service!

My ordered shower arrived all beaten up and had obviously been opened up during transit it arrived all taped up and missing all the riser pieces and showerhead. I contacted customer services who requested pictures that were sent and now they are ignoring my requests for them to replace the unit or sort something else out.

Very pleased with the price. However, I just wish that they had been more transparent with shipping times. My invoice said that the item had been shipped but after further inquire due to the item not arriving I was told that it would take 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days.

Nice web site, good prices, bad delivery information. Good customer services when you contact them.

Sent the wrong tap at first but after emailing them had a reply in minutes with a returns label and while that one was posted they sent the right tap out next day no issues.

Faulty item, constantly drips. Water running through the system when it should be off. Contacted customer services no reply so far.
