Excellent customer service from Nick. I wanted to change my initial order so e-mailed customer service. Immediate response indicating no problem. Subsequently found that my changed order had not been delivered from Snowbee as expected. I was offered alternatives for immediate delivery but chose to wait. They managed to source me one a day later. Good communication throughout. Thanks Nick.
