Can't believe how quickly my ball of wool arrived!

Great yarn, arrived quickly.

It would have been nice if I had had a thank you with the order, otherwise it was good.

Yarn is perfect. I thought it arrived without the pattern but found it sandwhiched between recycled cardboard taped together. It would be helpful to lable what otherwise looks like packing reinforcement with a note: pattern inside.

I love, love this yarn. Ordering was easy and I received my order in a timeliy fashion. Considering I am in a small town in Quebec, Canada, that is a feat.

What's not to love, beautiful yarn and colours, swift despatch and brilliant customer service.
