Fantastic Knitting Pattern! Well written and easy to follow - I have been given the yarn by a friend who has chosen black instead of the navy as Main colour and I will knit this once I’ve finished my Shetland baby Shawl Easy to Order Pattern on line and I opted for the printed version which arrive in two days - thank you J&S excellent service as always.

Even though my order had to make its way to the west coast of the US, it arrived in a timely fashion and is exactly what I expected. I can't wait to start knitting.

I have been buying from this supplier for 40 years. They were exceptional in their service in 1984, and they still are. Bought a new shade card to replace the 40 year old one. It too is well made and will presumably last another 40 years. Their colours are much more subtle than other suppliers and a delight to knit up.

My orders arrive quite quickly, considering they have to cross the seas!

My package arrived in dismal condition having wide openings under the shipping label and on the entire end of the package. Fortunately, J&S packaged the items very well inside the outer wrap and goods were in pristine condition. Poor package...it went through some hard knocks!

I have ordered before and always have a great experience. Their natural wool tops are wonderful and I use them for needle felting!!

Fantastic fast delivery of my 5-ply Jamieson & Smith yarn - ordered on a Thursday and received just a few days later on the Monday. I was expecting to have to wait longer than usual considering it was coming all the way from Shetland. And the yarn itself is beautiful. It’ll be a while before I produce the finished top, but that’s because I’m a rather slow knitter!!

Colour not quite right.

I have ordered from Jamieson and Smith before. My order always arrives within a couple of days of me putting in an order. The service is always excellent, fast and efficient. Also I love Shetland wool.
