The ordering process was simple but there was no feedback as to when the tap would be available for picking up from the local supplier. I would have thought this would be an easy thing to do.

Overall fine but my boiler turned up at my door with no warning. Would be good if they can contact prior to advise that it's ready and out for delivery.

Buy with confidence. Product arrive on time and was as expected.

Good service. Ordered and was shipped that evening. Wasn't able to be there for the delivery, so changed it online to a later date and it was delivered on the rearranged date.

Excellent product and customer service HOWEVER the tracking information was USELESS!

Everthing went smoothly. The tracking provided was very accurate and thd whole transaction was exactly as it should be..impressive !!!

required this to happen.

Item was found to be out of stock following order causing a delay, but was restocked quickly and dispatched promptly. Customer communication was good throughout. Very competitive prices. Will use PLUMB2U again.

Absolutely crap service, on website it says it’s in stock and
Still havnt had a call from any body to say it’s ready for collection
And that was two weeks ago and still havnt received it.

Correct pipe delivered but in poor condition with scores and deep scratches such that joints are not watertight in some areas.

Ordering was straight forward, receive confirmation email immediately.
But
I ordered the cylinder on the Monday but didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday.
I had to send an email to find out where and when it was going to be delivered.
I had a customer on my back constantly asking when the job was going to be done.

The whole experience of dealing with Plumb 2U was very good. The price of the item was very competitive. Delivery was good and the product seems to be very good, although we have hardly had to use it yet.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The flush plate I ordered arrived super quickly and when it wasn't the right size they dealt with is speedily and no dramas.
