Pleased with the product, service and speed!

Said it was for an oil boiler but it wasn't. did not fit at all.

Outstanding price and delivery service...highly recommended.

I have not received my order or any notification of when it will be delivered despite asking via the online chat. I did enquire if the item was in stock prior to ordering.

No complaints from me.

Only slightly low because I asked a question through the site and got no reply otherwise all good.

Item was damaged when opened but Plumb2u customer service was brilliant. I emailed them late evening and had a reply first thing the next morning saying they would collect the unit and refund once received as I requested. Collection was arranged for the next day and refund has been received. I decided to go for the same brand of shower I had before as this looked more sturdy. Had Plumb2u stocked that brand I would have definitely have used them again due to the great customer service.

Great service, item delivered the day after I ordered it (Saturday delivery).
I was a little worried when I opened the package because it had clearly been opened previously and all of the protective polystyrene on top was broken and smashed. On checking the contents everything was complete and the macerator worked perfectly when I had installed it.

Decent price, let down by extended shipping time. Do not order an urgent item to avoid the
hassle.

I ordered several items.
They came over a week later.
I ordered 2 of 1 thing, and 1 each of 2 other things
I got 2 of 2 things instead.
There was no answer when I tried to phone customer service.

I ordered a Saniflo Saniplus to replace an old non-functioning unit. The courier service took longer than the premium delivery service I had paid for, and on opening the box, found that one of the internal components had been damaged in transit. P2U were alerted to this, requested photos, then advised that a complete unit would be despatched by Parcelforce. They were no faster than the courier service, but this time the unit was undamaged. Job was completed.
