Great service and prompt delivery.

Order placed, then told they had run out. However not long afterwards I received another E-mail to say more had come in. One was despatched same day. Due to unforeseen circumstances it was delayed.
However the following day it arrived.

When I received this product is was obvious the box had been opened and resealed with sellotape. When the installer opened the box, we discovered that the bag of parts had been opened and a plastic tie was missing. The feet were on the macerator so this was clearly a return that had been sent me. As the price was competitive I'm prepared to accept a returned product, however being sent a product with pieces missing is not acceptable.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive on time. Order subsequently cancelled as new stock woukd not arrive for a week which was not suitable. I paid for ndd for a reason. refund processedpo.

First order arrived, all in good order still boxed.

Placed order got confirmation of payment, got confirmation of order that was it. No notification of shipping or anything. Tried to get hold of them no one ever answers any of the numbers called.

Emailed to find out where my package was and was told they shipped via DPD and it was lost in transit but they could order another one for me in 7-10 days. Suspect they never had stock, took the money and ordered it from the manufacturer hoping I would wait. Not a very good experience.

Delivered quickly but sent wrong item. Pump I ordered was not actually in stock and would take too long for them to get and send out.

General communication on the order has been non existent, however prompt response from customer services when contacted about their error.

Disappointed that they have still not refunded me (I had to buy the pump again elsewhere so a significant extra outlay) or would probably have scored higher.

This is cheapest site I found for the same item . Disappointed with one of the nipple was snap during transporting.
Could have wrap up with bobble wrap for protection in future.

Great item dispatched straight away and delivered well ahead of the stated time, my only point is that I paid via Amazon without setting up an account with Plumb2U and so couldn’t work out how to track my delivery and nobody answered the customer service line when I called. Overall excellent service though and will use again, thank you.

Placed an order to a Salamander Shower Pump costing approx £263. Received confirmation of tye order & was sent a kitchen product.
I contacted Plumb2U & was advised the shower was not in stock & I could get a refund. I incurred plumber Call out charges because Plumb2U sent an incorrect product.
Plumb2U did not offer any contributions toward the costs I incurred because of Plumb2U errors and as result will not use Plumb2U again
