Shower cartridge about £70 cheaper than direct from manufacturer for the exact item. Shipping suffered a short delay but I wasn’t inconvenienced. I’ve no complaints.

Shower left on doorstep on wrong day, without signature even though courier specified that signature was required at point of delivery.

Every thing except one was 5 * Criticism first : I found the company difficult to contact, whether by phone or email. When I did get through on the phone, I was treated courteously and very efficiently. I felt that my wishes really mattered to them. The goods arrived today, in good order. Very good unit for the boiler.

The order first arrived with only the filter cartridge and not the whole system. I sent an email to customer service who apologised and sent the remaining items by fast delivery service. However the remaining parts were poorly packaged and I only hope they are all my plumber needs!!

Update. Plum2U quickly acknowledged that my order had gone astray and refunded my payment to them.

I was notified the product had been shipped then after this I was told the shipment was delayed due insufficient stock. When I eventually received the product it had clearly already been fitted and returned as the thermostat had paint from the wall it had been fitted to. Not at all impressed.
