It does the job (which was for extra storage under a microwave). However, for the money, I was expecting something better made. It comes in kit form but the back of the drawer doesn't fit correctly and the filler to make it the right width is only sufficient to put the runners on so looks rather strange.

Helpful staff, well packaged (minimal plastic) goods and great videos to assist assembly.

Very pleased with item which is an almost exact replacement for the original. It took a few days to arrive but was very well packed and contained full instructions.

My email with a question was answered promptly. I was able to buy the drawers that I needed. The drawers arrived quickly and we fitted the them using the online instructions successfully. We did not receive a warranty card and had apply separately.

I cannot fault the excellent customer service that I received on this order.
Spoke to Sarah on the Monday having already placed my order online.
Wanted to know cost to have the drawers assembled. Price for both assembly and shipping the units on a pallet was very reasonable. Delivery by Friday of the same week was promised.
Goods arrived very well packed to ensure no damage.

The customer services are very helpful, I had made a mistake when completing a order online and only found out when the parcel arrived and was open for checking, I phoned customer service and told them the mistake, I was told not to worry and was asked what I wanted. I was ready to pay for the cost of new delivery and return charge but was told no charge just have parcel ready for pickup when replacement package arrived.

This is the second set of replacement drawers i have fitted to an existing kitchen carcass.The drawer sets are of good quality but i would like to make the following observations:

1 the squareness of some metal sides can create a small gap between the side and the drawer base

2 When fitting the bottom drawer the position of the runner needs to be 110mm from the bottom of the carcass otherwise the drawer will not fit in the runners. in both installations this has been the case.

Shipment arrived.Upon unpacking,4 items damaged. Replaced next day. Draws were straight forward to assemble with a little Practical knowledge. The overall build quality is excellent and when installed worked very well.
Pilot drill all the holes first, as it is impossible to screw in self tapping fasteners on their own. Also, if you accurately measure the draw fronts, there should be no requirement for adjustments, especially as the side to side adjustment is a lacking.

Easy to select and order drawer boxes - including a couple made-to-measure - seems like a well run, professional outfit. I'd use them again (this is my second purchase.

Great quality product, very well packaged.

I found the measurements and explanations to be ambiguous and hard to follow but staff helped me out. Placing the order was straightforward with the only downside being the length of time to ship the product.

Fitting went smoothly, though again, the instructions were not 100% clear and I had to adapt on the fly. Thankfully I've done a fair bit of DIY so was able to work out what I needed.

End result is that the drawer works so well we forget and try to pull it out :).

Written instructions not too clear but the videos were very helpful. Very pleased with the quality a bit pricey but worth paying the extra.
