It arrived in reasonable time, it looks well designed, and solid enough for our requirements. I like the runners at the top of the drawer, so it hangs and not rests, as so many used to do.

I was contacted before production to ensure I had the measurements right, which I had done in cms, not mms, so that was good.

Despite all the challenges recently with Covid, Drawerboxes processed my order quickly and accurately and I received the drawer within the expected timeframe. The Blum drawer is high quality, was easy to install and is a pleasure to use. From the quality of the components and mechanism I expect it to last a lifetime just as the guarantee states. I will buy again when I have some more drawers to fit!
