I have yet to have the order delivered and have no idea as to when it is to arrive. This is the witst service I have ever received. I would give no stars if that was possible. Could done please tell what is going on with this order?

I was very grateful for the excellent personal service provided by Paul from your High Wycombe shop allowing me to get it fitted over the Easter weekend.

Ordering the product was easy, but unfortunately the incorrect shower was shipped.
Contacting customer support though they immediately sorted this issue, shipping the correct item for next day delivery.
Overall very happy with the cost and whole process.

The water heater that I wanted was much cheaper than any of the local options, and exactly what I needed to replace a very old Triton hand wash. I ordered the heater on Friday, and received it early on Monday morning and fitted it that day. Great delivery using Royal Mail. Totally satisfied.
