Great service & help from Draweroxes.co.uk I was kept up to date on the status of my order and I found the video tutorials & written instructions concerning assembly & fitting of the drawers and runners were easy to follow and very helpful. I did have one minor glitch following delivery, but the company resolved the issue very swiftly & courteously with absoluely no fuss whatsoever. I would most certainly buy from them again. I found it easy to navigate the website and place my order. I needed a custom sized drawer box for a non standard space. Customer Services were quick to spot this and emailed me to clarify the size. I found this reassuring that they were taking care to check the order. Delivery was quick and accompanied by an email that provided build and installation instructions. Also provided was a link to a video that showed how to do this which I found helpful. The drawer box fitted perfectly. Very happy.
