Love the yarn, the colours and the shipping is very prompt.

As always very quick delivery fantastic quality.

Even my Dad, who has purchased many knitting kits from Shetland Wool Brokers to give as gifts to me, was impressed by the twelve days it took to receive the package. As for the merchandise the cone of Shetland Supreme 2-Ply was huge! One really gets a good value purchasing a cone. Initially I had contacted SWB to find out how much yarn was required for the Pam Shawl. Your Customer Service sent back a reply that answered all my questions.

The yarn was sent very promptly, even in the middle of Shetland Wool Festival. Thank you so much.
The shipping took longer than I expected, but that was due to import regulations in Norway.
