Great quality drawers which fitted into my cupboard perfectly. Assembly and fitting was fairly straightforward. Supplied instructions were OK but photos were not very clear. I reverted to the very good youtube instructions. There was no mention anywhere of the existence of that so I would recommend that drawerboxes.co.uk put a clear mention on the front page of the supplied paper instructions. Delivery time wasn't great but I can make allowance for the effects of Covid at the moment.

Fantastic product. Really sturdy drawers which have changed a cupboard from a black hole to a set of drawers which glide in and out beautifully. Excellent delivery. Arrived safely. I needed some help to install them as preliminary holes had not been drilled to mark the screw positions. But really thrilled with the finished product.

Did take a couple of weeks to come but we knew that and arrived when we were told. Nice sturdy product. I’m very pleased with the result.

Great quality and reasonably easy to install. Height adjustment allowed the drawers to be aligned nicely with existing kitchen doors. Only gripe was lack of order tracking.

Brilliant, so happy with the drawers.. we ordered 2 shallow internal drawers and because the sizes are not standard, the guys checked just to make sure i had measured correctly... once i confirmed they were correct, the drawers were made and sent to us. Can't fault them at all. Thankyou.

Came on time and was well packaged.

Ordered these draw boxes at the beginning of January 2021. Received them after 3 weeks. Delivery was spot on early in the day. Draw boxes have been installed and what a different this has made to our larder units. Before food would just sit at the back of the self and be forgotten about. However, now we can see exactly what we have on the draws.
Draw boxes are very smooth and easy to install. I would definitely recommend these draws.

Order took longer than expected to arrive. Little bit daunting on opening the box to find a substantial number of pieces to put together with no labels on as to which bit was which. Black and white photographs on instructions were not really clear enough to see pieces properly and so ended up watching videos on website. Would have been helpful if individual packages were labelled clearly. Nevertheless drawers were finally made and very pleased with end product.

Item exactly as expected and once dispatched, came as detailed. My only criticism is the lead time and lack of any communication compared to other similar companies.
