Excellent product at a great price, probably the best available. The product was shipped directly from the manufacturers but despite being very well packed in two boxes protected by polystyrene it was nonetheless damaged. It was disappointing not to be able to make telephone contact with anyone at Plum2U to notify of the damage but a call directly to the manufacturer soon solved the problem.

Ordering, shipping were great arrived when it was supposed to & ordering online was easy.
I was replacing yet another of these neostats, they are not reliable and at the price elsewhere Expensive. Even after contacted neostat about the failures and sent photos of failed unit they couldn’t help. Go for a Nest system as they work out cheaper and more reliable.
