Speedy delivery, generally good products but not happy with one faulty spool of line (Cortland Ultra Premium fluorocarbon 3.9lb - broke way below that in places, would guess a problem in the manufacturing process with extrusion. Very expensive at c. £17 a spool so pretty disgusted with that, but that is Cortland's fault not Troutcatcher's. I won't be using that again, would like to see other lines on here that I do trust and should have stuck with, Like Frog Hair or Rio).

Thank you for your review - Apologies you are unhappy, we have attempted to contact you to resolve without response - Cortland would like to investigate further, especially as this is a premium product used by many a competition angler around the World up to & including many National teams.

Can not recommend this firm highly enough.
Nick went well beyond the call of duty to sort out a delivery issue that was not of Troutcatchers doing but a fault of the carrier!
Nick took the time to text and email me informing me as to what was happening👍
Because of the high standard of service I will in future use them first if I can.
